Note: While using Internet Explorer and attempting to access Acrobat .pdf files, you may run across an "Error Locating Object Handler" message or a blank screen with just a little 'thing' in the upper left corner. This condition is documented by Microsoft. Work around: Instead of left-clicking on the file link, right-click and select "Save Target As"; the standard file save window will appear. Save the .pdf file to your desktop and open later -or- install the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader.
